FAQ
Where will the photoshoot take place?
The photoshoot will take place at the Barcelonetta beach in Barcelona, Spain, when your booking is confirmed you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the exact location.
What happens if it rains and we can’t take the photos?
It is very rare that it rains in Barcelona but it can happen, if the photoshoot is not possible, you will be automatically refunded or if you want you have the possibility to reschedule it to a better day.
We are unable to come, what is the procedure?
No worries if you can’t make it, send me a message via whatsapp, phone or e-mail, the session can be rescheduled or you can be refunded on simple request.
I am not satisfied with the result, how does it work?
I’m sorry to hear that, and it rarely happens but if it does, no worries, just send me a message and I will refund you.
